Hardware that’s anything but rigid

If anything sums up our motto at Electrone, it’s customize, customize, customize. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—we believe in custom-tailoring to your specific requirements. Practically everything we develop has a customizable option, from banking systems to trackballs. Here’s a closer look at how the following products can be adjusted for optimal efficiency.

Cashless payment systems:
Electrone has developed 2 models of VLT to cater to the market sectors being addressed. The VLT 101 is a proximity card- based model which has a small display, a card acceptor and a note and coin acceptor. The VLT 301 is a biometric-based touch-screen model with a fingerprint reader and a note and coin acceptor. Additional features, such as key pads for authentication/verification, can also be added to meet individual customer requirements.

Lobby equipment:
All of our teller safes come with a dispensing system, frontload or rearload, and either a counter or under counter model. We have numerous models with different specializations for your unique needs. Our models include the ProCash 5000, ProCash 5000 mini, ProCash 5100, ProCash 6000xe and the ProCash 6100xe.

720 numeric keypad:
With the proper software, data entered into a 720 Series Numeric Keypad can be 100 percent encrypted, which prevents the data from being deciphered by unauthorized programs. Electrone numeric keypads can also be programmed so that their LCD screens show asterisks instead of actual digits. Furthermore, 720 Series Numeric Keypads can be customized to feature privacy shields that prevent anyone from seeing the numbers entered by users. Institutions can even choose from different interface options, such as Serial; USB; TCP/IP; and PoE, the latter two of which gives the keypads secure Ethernet connectivity.

150 keypad:
Designed in response to call center and related industries need for pre-programmable key actions, the 150 has up to 150 user-programmable keys. Added benefits are particularly useful for call centers, such as illuminated keys, keys configured for specific software applications, color-coded options, and the potential for a built in LCD display.

735 keypad:
The Electrone 735 programmable keypad is recommended where customizability for specific data entry application is essential. The keypad’s easy adaptability and flexibility makes the Electrone 735 the perfect choice to complement a huge range of management software, from schools, banks, hospitals, and government agencies to gyms and health clubs. If you need to track customers attendance or usage, the keypads can integrate with external devices—RFID readers, finger print readers, bar code readers and magnetic card readers—that accommodate secure identification.

The Electrone Trackball module comes in three sizes for various usages – 25 mm, 38mm and 50mm. A forth option is available at 75mm for medical uses. Trackballs allow for effortless, smoothly controlled handling to navigate any screen and each size can be panel mountable. Additionally, custom balls are available as needed.

Electrone Americas EAL 150 Keyboard

Get real time efficiency in your call center

Training call center associates can be difficult enough without having keyboards that are cumbersome and confusing. Employees have to be able to access information and areas of the server that deal with inventory, billing, payments, equipment repairs and so much more. With supervisors being reviewed on how long it takes to answer calls, how long a customer has to wait and how long it takes to satisfy the customer’s needs, having the wrong type of keyboard can be a critical issue. This is why the Electrone Americas EAL 150 was developed.

This specific keyboard was designed to cut keystrokes and mouse movements that can impact the amount of time an associate spends on the phone. The software allows keys to be programmed with settings that are stored in the unit.

The EAL 150 is truly user-friendly. Some of the user-programmable keys can be illuminated and the tops of the keys can be removed for labeling. It has a USB hub and an option for a built-in LCD. Plus, for call centers that depend on multi-language associates, the great news is various language layouts are also available.

After last month’s announcement, inquiries and orders have been breaking records. The EAL Programmable Keyboard is essential to businesses with needs for call centers, emergency monitoring rooms, and offices that demand customized programs for their keyboards. Keys can be programmed and re-programmed for individual users or subjects, which make this keyboard appear custom designed for the end-user.
